St Winnow Parish Church, situated about two miles south of Lostwithiel, are nearing the end of a huge project to repair the church tower and install new bells. Some £150,000 has been raised since May 2016, which is marvellous testimony to the community support received. They are now just £27,000 short of their £180,000 target.

The description of the Appeal on their Twitter Page sums it up perfectly:-

“A wonderful project, across so many areas preserving our buildings heritage, the ancient art of bell ringing, education, social inclusion in a rural community.”
