A leaflet about Gillyflower Farm has recently been distributed to houses in the Lostwithiel area. A pdf version of the document may be read on-line via this link.

UPDATE 18TH JANUARY 2021

 

A formal Planning Application has now been submitted for Gillyflower Farm:-

PA21/00038 | New Centre for the Teaching and Learning of Agronomy (including a cafe/restaurant, exhibition spaces, market area, and cookery school), 20 no. Accommodation Units and Owner's House. | Land At Gillyflower Farm Cott Road Lostwithiel Cornwall PL22 0HQ

 

There are  over 50 documents associated with the application.  These may be accessed via the Cornwall Council Planning Register.  Included in the documentation is a Site-Wide Travel Plan which includes a summary of the proposals. A copy of this document may be read via this link.

 


DECEMBER 2020

Tim Smit has released a video explaining plans for Gillyflower Farm, which is proposed on the old golf course in Lostwithiel.

The video forms part of the consultation process before the planning application will be submitted.
