MiPAD Lettings is celebrating its third year as a residential letting and managing agent with the launch of a new website.

Since Debbie and Mark Kelly launched MiPAD Lettings in 2015, they have used their local knowledge to place dozens of tenants in properties in Lostwithiel and across Mid and East Cornwall. Their friendly, personal service has helped local families find homes, many of which are also managed by MiPAD Lettings on behalf of the landlord.

In addition to finding tenants and managing properties, MiPAD also offers property maintenance and repair services using local tradespeople and businesses.

Debbie said "We're really happy with the new site, it was a joy working with Mat and Kat at Iteracy. The new site gives us the ability to manage our website very easily and will allow us to grow the business in the future."
