Lostwithiel Nativity Pageant Is Back

The Lostwithiel Pageant is back, and you are invited to take part!
Meet on Saturday 10th December in the Church Rooms, starting at 3.30pm (Dressing in costumes starts from2.30pm).
Weather permitting, the Pageant walks around round town as dusk falls, singing Carols, accompanied by Lostwithiel Town Band - or if very wet, we stay in the Church Rooms.
The Pageant is a walking tableau of costumed characters relating to the Nativity Story, with roles for both adults and children. There is no acting involved and no lines to learn – costumes are supplied. It is just a lovely way to take part in the Christmas story and bring Christmas Carols to the Town.
We are looking for a Mary and Joseph! By tradition, they are often (but not always) newcomers to Lostwithiel – and do not have to come as a pair!
