10th LostFest is a huge success

Monday 16th May 2016

The 10th LostFest, Lostwithiel's annual festival of music, dance, food and more, was a fantastic success on Sunday 15th May, enjoying one of warmest and sunniest days of the year so far.

Nearly 600 people travelled  by train, more than double the number who came by rail for LostFest in 2015, which eased the parking problems somewhat.

Medieval battle re-enacters, Betty Stoggs, Renaissance dancers, buskers, morris dancers and crowds of people filled the streets, all enjoying the one-day festival which raises money for FLEET charity.

The Community Centre was home once again Jazz Cafe and Vintage Fair while Kernow Levy set up their Medieval tents in St Bart's church yard.
