This will be a joyful and structured workshop to give a bit of ‘testing space’ to your new poetry/writing.

Explore what’s working and practice performing your words in a supportive atmosphere, receiving feedback from both Ruby and other participants (you will be giving feedback too!)

All participants will receive a pdf. in advance with some ideas around how we can creatively feedback on poetry, including experimental poetry.


Led by Ruby Lawrence, a poet/writer whose work has been widely published. Ruby was shortlisted for the Out-Spoken prize for performance poetry in ‘23, and she’s also the co-founder of experimental poetry org ‘crisp packet poetry’.
