I’m Annie, a leadership trainer and coach based in Cornwall. I work with businesses who want to grow their people, not just push them harder. My work blends mindset, behaviour change, and clear strategy to create leaders who think better, delegate more, and stop getting in their own way.

The Dragon Leadership Sessions
A 12-month leadership development programme that helps managers become the leaders your business actually needs. Practical, grounded, and tailored to real-life challenges—not abstract theory. It includes:

  • 18 in person training days

  • Ongoing accountability and behavioural change support

  • Full NLP Practitioner and Coaching Certification (so leaders build coaching skills they can use with their teams)

This is for teams or individuals inside your business who need to step up and lead—not just manage.

 

1:1 Leadership Coaching
Private coaching for individuals in business who want to develop their leadership style, get out of reactive mode, and build more confidence and headspace.
This isn’t business strategy coaching. It’s not life coaching either.
It’s practical, straight-talking support for people inside your business who are leading others, or are about to.

We focus on the how of leadership: thinking clearly, setting boundaries, handling pressure, managing people effectively, and leading with purpose (not just reaction).
