A two-hour FREE workshop for poets (or anybody who enjoys words) who has thought about performing live, we will be working with warm-up techniques, confidence, expression, emphasis and pace. Everyone will be invited to share a poem that they have written, and to offer feedback to the other participants in a safe and supportive atmosphere.

We will ensure that your words hit the audience with maximum effect.  This workshop will help you take your poem from 'page to stage!

In Tara's last workshop there were some who were adamant they wouldn't perform........ of course they did after the workshop!!

Tara Montane is an artist, writer and performer based in Bodmin. She has played festivals and events all over Cornwall, hosted open mic nights for Sprout Spoken and worked with many writers to nurture and support their words onto the stage.
