Kundalini Yoga is described as the yoga of awareness and each class incorporates a combination of Asana (postures) Pranayama (breathwork) Mantra and Meditation to help us to increase our strength and resilience. It helps us to find balance and harmony not only within our own body mind and spirit but also helps us to become more aware and harmonious of others and the world around us.
