Once upon a Springtime the Fowey Valley was bedecked with apple blossom. The Victorians would take special boat trips just to marvel at the blooming.
Today, Fowey Valley Cidery is one of the few orchards left. We keep busy upholding the tradition of making cider in the valley and producing award winning spirits too.
Our Cidery is located at Hybadore in Golant. It is not open to visitors except by prior booking - see website for tour days.
All our ciders are made from fresh West Country apples and all our spirits are created from our own alcohol, produced at source.
Visiting - We aren’t open to visitors apart from some Sunday mornings. It’s a one-hour tour (we’re only tiny) which is free and you can sample our products but you need to book online.
Courses - Once a month we also run a one-day course ‘an introduction to home cider making’ See here for more details.
