Sound Healing is growing in popularity as many more people realise its power and potential. Sound has been used for thousands of years as a tool for healing. Every cell in our bodies has its own unique frequency.

The therapeutic instruments are aligned with the energy centres in the body and the biofield (energy field) to help restore balance and harmony. Stresses of the modern world have an impact on our physical and mental health. The vibrations and frequencies of our instruments and voices can help to support the bodies own natural ability to heal. Our Sound Baths are intimate, welcoming and cosy.

We move around the space with instruments, to bring them closer to you. It will feel like an individual experience as much as a group one. Each participant receives Reiki Healing during the Sound Bath. Include a regular Sound Bath as part of your commitment to self care and relaxation.
