 The  next Lostwithiel u3a Open Meeting  will be on  Monday 7th September starting at  2pm.

 
At  our meeting, Robin Dyer will return by popular request to give us an opportunity to find out about the upcoming USA mid-term elections.

Robin has posed some questions  for us to ponder. Come along on 7th September to hear more……..

• What are the USA mid-term elections? Was the bye-election in Clacton between Farage and Count Binface the same sort of thing?
  
  
• What impact can the mid-terms have? Should we be interested in or even excited about what may happen on Tuesday 3 November when voters all over the USA will be casting their ballots?
• What are the polls predicting? What are the issues? Will the political landscape change as a result of the mid-terms?
• What could be the outcomes for the President, his opponents and us?
