The Lostwithiel Town Band AGM will be held on Thursday 4th March 2021 at 7.30pm on zoom.

Gill stood down as Chair at the end of the year, and Jane is standing down as Secretary at the AGM. Ian is now Acting Chair, however we need to find a new CHAIRMAN and SECRETARY to take over at the AGM. Please do consider these roles for either yourself or someone you know who you think would do a good job for the band. We need these positions in order for the band to function properly. Please ask a committee member if you would like to know more.

The meeting will be run online via zoom. A link will be sent nearer the time. If you are unsure about using zoom, please ask us and we will do our best to assist. If you are sure you will not be able to attend online, please let us know any questions, comments and suggestions via phone, email or letter, and we will make sure they are raised at the meeting and recorded in the minutes.

We hope to see as many of you there as possible. We are advertising it via email, Lostwithiel Newsletter, Facebook and word of mouth; please help spread the word so all can attend who wish to do so.
