Your headliners for the night will be Hireth.

Hireth are a professional four-part vocal group performing in Kernewek (the Cornish language).

Their music breathes new life into well known Cornish songs while introducing striking original works inspired by the emotional landscape of Cornwall itself. They have recently recorded for an advert with Apple Inc, and can be heard on the opening to Cornish Language comedy series Degemeroryon/Receptionists.

Formed during a windswept artists’ residency on the cliffs of Cape Cornwall, Hireth brings together the talents of songwriter Anna Anise, multi-instrumentalist Daniel Woodfield, composer Matthew Thomason, and vocalist Millie Young. A rising force in contemporary folk, their performances are evocative, and unforgettable.
