The book is a light hearted look at the 'rules of life', comparable to the Ten Commandments,

told in short stories through the voice of Guru Guptananda.

It  is for all ages, kids over 8 years old, yoga students, yoga teachers, and anyone

else interested in learning about or teaching guidance on how to be happy.
