A mixture of high and low intensity step aerobics sequences on an off of the box. This class is designed to get the heart and lungs working, the choreography is gentle challenging and the class will finish off with a weights sequence, floor work and post-aerobic stretch. This class is great for calorie burning and cardio-vascular health and fitness without out being extremely high intensity.

This is a great class if you are new to yoga or want to refresh your knowledge. Through a wide range of flowing sequences, standing, seated and lying postures, balances and assisted inversions, we explore all that yoga has to offer the mind, body and spirit. Please bring your own mat. All other props are provided.
