Winter Wellness workshop

Location: Church Rooms, Church Lane, Lostwithiel

A Winter Wellness workshop designed to Relax, Restore and Revitalise.

This session will have three parts;

1. Using breath, voice and body to awaken and nourish the chakras (energy centres)

2. An immersive Sound Bath inviting you to relax and surrender to the vibrational and healing power of sound

3. Invigorating group drumming (please bring a hand drum if you have one)
