Fitness Classes

Tuesday 17th October 2017, 6:30pm to 8:30pm

Location: Oasis Studio to the rear of Lostwithiel Community Centre.

 

Emma Mansfield has over twenty years experience as an exercise to music teacher and will be offering a range of high/lo aerobic and cardio workouts with weights to strengthen the upper and lower body and core.

Class sizes are limited so please email or text  on 07803 17416 to book a step

 

Tuesdays 6.30pm to 7.30pm – Step and Strength (10 spaces available)

A mixture of high and low intensity step aerobics sequences on an off of the box. This class is designed to get the heart and lungs working, the choreography is gentle challenging and the class will finish off with a weights sequence, floor work and post-aerobic stretch. This class is great for calorie burning and cardio-vascular health and fitness without out being extremely high intensity.

 

Tuesdays 7.30pm to 8.30pm – Cardio and Strength HIIT and Stretch

In true high intensity interval training style, this class offers the opportunity for an intense and thorough workout that not only gets the heart pumping but tones and strengthens the body. This class is great if you are wanting to burn calories, improve your cardio-vascular health and enjoy a full body stretch at the end.
