Cornish Cider Festival

Saturday 20th September 2014, 12:00pm to 11:00pm

Location: Community Centre

Welcome to the Cornish Cider Festival 2014. Now in its sixth glorious year the festival is an established fixture in the Southwest’s festival calendar, attracting cider and music lovers from across the regional and beyond.

Sponsored by Duloe based cider maker Cornish Orchards, the Cornish Cider Festival celebrates grass roots cider making, craft and provenance but also embraces larger producers whose cider making is traditional and has a sense of identity and place.

With music throughout the day the Cornish Cider Festival gives everyone the opportunity to have a great time and get excited about this wonderful regional product in all its variations, varieties, strengths, colours and smells.

On the day:

  • Over 40 draft ciders and juices
  • Live music and entertainment from 1pm
  • Apple pressing
  • Amateur cider makers’ competition, trophy presentation on the day
  • Wood fired pizza’s from Kernow Forno
  • Stalls throughout the afternoon
(If you would like a stall at the festival please get in touch via the website, Facebook or Twitter)
  • Families welcome (under 18s free)
  • Saturday 20th September 12 noon – 10.30pm

We are always looking for people to help out on the day. If you would like to do a 2 hour shift behind the bar in exchange for free entry to the Festival then get in touch via the website, Facebook or Twitter
