Great rooms, wonderful breakfasts and a fabulous welcome all await you at Polgassick, as featured in Alastair Sawday's special places to stay. We will do everything possible to help you enjoy your stay with us.
Our two guest rooms and dining room are completely separate from the rest of our house offering our guests a great deal of privacy. If you want to sit outside to read a book or enjoy a cold glass of wine after a hard day on the beach or sight seeing you are welcome to use our pretty, peaceful garden. Both rooms are very tastefully decorated and have ensuite bathrooms, one with a bath and a shower, the other with a large walk-in shower and dressing area.
Breakfast is served at a time to suit you, and given that we also own the local deli we can assure you that your breakfast, (be it a traditional ‘fry up’ or a platter of our charcuterie and cheeses) will be something else!
Polgassick is just a mile outside of the ‘hidden gem’ that is Lostwithiel and only three miles to the coast. Our house sits within two acres and is very peaceful. The world famous Eden project is just ten minutes drive away and most of the rest of Cornwall is accessible within an hour making Polgassick an ideal base for your break.
